LifeFit Group continues its buy-and-build strategy with the acquisition of Just Fit, which has 20 studios in the Cologne metropolitan area and one in Moenchengladbach.

In its fourth transaction of the year, Germany’s LifeFit Group has acquired three Elixia premium clubs in Berlin.

LifeFit Group is expanding its range of premium clubs with the acquisition of Sports & Health in the centre of Munich, which will be rebranded as Fitness First Black.

Fitness First Black – LifeFit Group’s premium chain – has added another club to its collection with the acquisition of SportsUp in the metropolitan area, Wiesbaden.

The LifeFit Group has acquired Body Culture Group's collection of 15 clubs, bringing the German operator’s estate to 165 and adding 30,000 new members.

After introducing Xponential’s reformer Pilates concept, Club Pilates, to Germany last year, LifeFit Group reports that it's accelerating the rollout of the brand, as master franchisor for Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

German fitness operator, Life Fit Group, led by Martin Seibold, has snapped Loft Holding GmbH and its fitness brand Fitness Loft. The company has also announced it has gone through a refinancing process by way of increasing its existing bond facility which will conclude before the year end.
