The vibrant, yet functional design of Horne’s Duso shower column has led to its selection for notable projects such as the Welsh National Sailing Academy, Rolls Royce Leisure, and Derby University, as well as becoming standard for leisure operators such as X4L, PfPL, Fusion Lifestyle and many more.

The picture shows before and after a recent Duso upgrade at a council-run football centre.

The transformation took less than five days to complete. First, the exposed steel pipework (and its lengthy associated deadleg) was removed and replaced above the ceiling tiles, latterly with drops down to each shower head.

A deep clean of the floor and tiling rendered the area hygienic again, but a quick and easy board-out of pale wet-wall brightened the area dramatically while ensuring it is easy to clean in future.

As a fully pre-plumbed shower assembly, the Duso was also extremely quick to mount on the wall and then connect to the pre-blended water supply.

The great result is evident - short work, at relatively low cost, for a smart and inviting shower installation that's now also a doddle to keep clean and looking fresh.

Perhaps that shelved shower face-lift is achievable after all...
