Life Fitness has added three new customisable, modular configurations to its Synrgy360 resistance and multi-purpose training system.

The Synrgy360XM provides six training spaces, the Synrgy360XS features four training spaces and the smallest Synrgy360T can be put against a wall.

The new configurations offer integrated storage and training variety, including a battle rope attachment, cable station, suspension chin bar, heavy bag, rebounder, adjustable height dip handles and step platform.

All the Synrgy360 models have the ability to be connected to each other with the new cable cross-over boom, creating additional training options between units with an overhead bar that supports suspension training.
