Gerflor selected at versatile Huddersfield leisure complex

A group class space and a weights training area were refurbished
Kirklees Active has chosen Gerflor for synthetic flooring as part of a refurbishment project at John Smith's Stadium in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Gerflor’s ‘Taraflex Sport M Evolution’ in anthracite and ‘GTI Uni’ in grey were selected by Kirklees to complement the surrounding areas of a refurbished group class space and a weights training area, as well as a functional visitor space at the stadium.
The Sport M Evolution product offers a P1 category shock absorbency of 25-35 per cent and meets the EN 14904 Standard for indoor sports surfaces.
Gerflor’s GTI Uni was chosen as it is both appealing on the eye and functional underfoot.
Taraflex has been used in every summer Olympics since 1976 and is available in 17 colours and two wood-effect designs.
