CET CryoSpas appoints Adrian Worsley as managing director to lead global wellness growth

18 Dec 2025
Adrian Worsley, managing director / CET Ltd

CET CryoSpas, a world leader in cold-water immersion technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Worsley as its new managing director. Worsley brings more than 20 years of senior experience in health club operations, digital media and loyalty-driven business models, and will lead CET through its next phase of global expansion in the wellness and fitness market.

Since founding in 2001, CET CryoSpas have become a hallmark of elite sport recovery; trusted by major teams and organisations such as Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Wimbledon and Team GB. CET also serves top-tier wellness and hotel clients including Third Space, V London, FIX Manchester, and Crown Plaza Hotels.

Worsley’s track record is rooted in operations and innovation. As head of operations at The Bannatyne Group, he managed large-scale partnerships and led digital transformation across the UK’s largest private health-club estate. He later co-founded The Pixel 8 Company, delivering bespoke AV solutions internationally, and most recently served as operations director at Zoom Media UK & EU, directing digital media and loyalty strategies across DOOH and membership platforms.

Adrian’s operational expertise, combined with his experience in both boutique wellness studios and large fitness operators, positions him uniquely to guide CET as cold-water immersion becomes increasingly mainstream across performance, wellness, and fitness sectors.

“Adrian brings exactly the kind of dynamic leadership we need at this pivotal moment,” said Colin Edgar, founder of CET CryoSpas. “His proven track record in scaling operations, deep industry insight, and ability to build high-performing teams will help us extend CET’s global reach to new heights.”

Looking ahead, CET CryoSpas is well placed to build on its existing global presence. Already operating in 60 countries, the company is the market leader in elite sport recovery. With the rapid expansion of wellness facilities worldwide, CET is now focused on bringing its expertise into this sector.

“CET has set the benchmark for cold-water immersion for more than twenty years, and its reputation across elite sport is unmatched,” said Worsley, “What excites me most is the opportunity to bring that same standard of engineering, service and expertise into the wider wellness market. The demand for quality cold-water therapy is accelerating, and CET is perfectly positioned to lead this next chapter.”

Testimonial
“We recently worked with CET Cryo Spas to install our ice baths at FIX MCR. Colin and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. The quality of the equipment used for the baths is reliable, easy to maintain, and perfect for our contrast therapy sessions. Our customers absolutely love our baths, always commenting on how cold they are and how clean they are. They are true to temperature and they’ve become a key part of the experience we offer. Colin is always quick to respond if we have any issues,, happy to offer advice, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was set up to the highest standard. We couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for premium cold therapy equipment and great service.”

– James Fielding, founder, FIX MCR
Testimonial
“We had a very tight turnaround before opening Oren Wellness and Colin flew over personally to install the ice baths for us, which we were really grateful for. The baths are of such high quality and work perfectly. We have now been open for five months and have had no issues at all. They are easy to run and maintain, and we were able to work closely with CET and our interior designer to ensure the baths blended seamlessly into our gorgeously designed space. The team went above and beyond to create something that not only met our needs but also fitted beautifully with our aesthetic. Highly recommend.“

– Kelly Powling, director, Oren Wellness
Testimonial
“The ice baths have been a great addition, and our members are really showing interest in them. We’ve had lots of positive feedback so far, and they’re proving to be a solid part of our recovery offering. They’re also super easy to use, which makes things simple for both staff and members.”

– Mia, gym manager, Leamington Health Club
