PRESS RELEASE
Revolt Cycling partners with Energym to launch London’s first energy-generating Cycle Studio
28 Aug 2025
Revolt Cycling Studio, Chancery Lane, London / Energym
At the heart of Revolt’s offering is a fleet of Energym RE:GEN bikes, which capture and convert human power into clean, usable electricity. That energy is fed directly back into the studio, reducing the studio’s environmental footprint while creating a new kind of fitness experience - one where every ride gives back.
Revolt’s ethos is simple: community-led, planet-minded, purpose-fuelled. Alongside indoor cycling, the studio offers a range of Flow & Recover sessions, including yoga, Pilates, breathwork and infrared sauna recovery. Members also become part of The Revolt Collective - a growing platform for events, workshops and brand collaborations that champion wellbeing and conscious living.
“We didn’t want to build just another fitness studio - we wanted to build something that mattered,” says Celeste Blakey, Founder of Revolt Cycling. “Energym’s RE:GEN bikes were the obvious choice - not just for their performance, but for what they represent. Our riders can see and feel the energy they generate, and that connection between effort and impact is something we really believe in.”
“Revolt is one of the most exciting studios launches we’ve been part of,” says Toby Littlewood, Sales Manager at Energym. “Celeste and her team are creating something truly original - a space that fuses performance, purpose and sustainability in a way that feels fresh, smart and deeply aligned with where the industry is heading.”
As Revolt gears up for launch, it is already building a following of early members, local partners and advocates for conscious movement - and is on track to become one of London’s most progressive fitness destinations.

Plans for the next 12 months
Over the next year, we’re scaling commercial installations of the RE:GEN across the UK and Europe, with flagship partnerships across fitness, workplace wellbeing, and the built environment.

Sustainability remains at the core of our mission, with new collaborations helping operators reduce carbon and operational costs.
And through our growing RE:BEL community, we’ll continue to inspire more people to move with purpose – turning everyday effort into lasting impact.
