The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) has re-elected David Pickering as its chair for the sixth successive year.
Pickering has held the position since 2002 and was returned unopposed recently in a vote by the WRU's board members.
In addition to his role at the WRU, Pickering is also chair of the RBS Six Nations Committee and sits on the executive of the International Rugby Board (IRB), an organisation he first joined in 2000.
"On a business front it has gone well and on the elite level it's also going well," said Pickering. "Our success is hugely satisfying, but we have to keep our feet firmly on the ground and continue to drive all our pathways forward.
"As chairman, I have been in office as the WRU debt has reduced by £40m and the national team has delivered two Grand Slam victories for us all to celebrate."
