Aire Ancient Baths London enters partnerships with Great Scotland Yard Hotel and Jo Malone
Aire Ancient Baths London has partnered with the five-star Great Scotland Yard Hotel in London to deliver an enhanced guest wellness experience.
The collaboration will mean guests of the 151-key hotel can choose between two packages that offer access to the thermal baths, which are an eight-minute walk away.
Aire Ancient Baths London, which opened in 2021, has a series of pools as well as a caldarium, frigidarium, tepidarium, balneum (a hot tub-style pool with jets), vaporium (aromatherapy steamroom) and flotarium (salt bath).
The company was founded in Seville, Spain in 2001 and has nine spa locations across Spain, the UK, US, Denmark and the UK. Its philosophy is to create relaxation of body and mind with water.
Two packages are on offer for Great Scotland Yard guests, the 'London Luxe Retreat' which combines a hotel stay with a three-hour bathing experience and a 45-minute massage and 'Timeless Tranquility', which includes an overnight stay and a 90-minute bathing experience with chocolate truffles and fizz.
Prices start from £345 (US$462, €406) per person and include breakfast.
The hotel recently joined Hyatt’s Unbound Collection brand, for unique independent properties. It has a cocktail bar, speakeasy, afternoon tea lounge and a Michelin-starred chef leading its restaurant, Ekstedt at the Yard, but no spa or wellness facilities.
Great Scotland Yard GM, Mario Flanagan, told Spa Business, “With our recent elevation into Hyatt’s distinguished luxury portfolio, this collaboration further solidifies our presence in the high-end hospitality space."
Colin Shaw, director, Aire Ancient Baths London, told Spa Business, “This isn’t the first time Aire has collaborated beyond its own spaces – but it's a particularly special one.
“Partnering with Great Scotland Yard Hotel allows us to extend the Aire philosophy into a new context, reaching guests who share our passion for wellbeing.
“Collaborations with like-minded, premium brands allow us to craft experiences that feel integrated and elevated, whilst reaching new audiences that may not have otherwise been aware of Aire’s offerings,” added Shaw.
Aire Ancient Baths recently introduced a spa experience exclusive to its London property with perfume and skincare brand Jo Malone London.
The Restorative Ritual by Jo Malone London is a 150-minute experience that includes access to Aire Ancient Baths, a 15-minute exfoliation treatment and a 60-minute massage. The treatments feature Jo Malone London's new Care Collection, representing the brand's first spa experience.
Chocolate treats and sparkling wine are also part of the package, which costs £290 (US$386, €342) per person.
