Gaia Skincare unveils new bath salts offering and seasonal gifting collection
Nature-focused skincare and spa brand Gaia Skincare has expanded its bath salts line with two new aromatherapy blends, providing customers with a sustainable solution to recreate a spa-like experience at home.
Previously available only in the brand’s signature Balancing blend – featuring lemon, ylang ylang and palmarosa, Gaia now offers bath salts infused with Awakening (grapefruit and peppermint) and Calming (lavender and chamomile) scents.
Customers can now enjoy the three blends in upgraded 500g glass jars – more than double the quantity of the previous 200g containers – ensuring they can indulge in soothing baths without frequent reorders.
Refillable solution
The new product announcement coincides with the launch of Gaia’s refillable bath salt pouches, offering an eco-friendly option for topping up bathing essentials.
Made from recycled materials, the pouches are fully recyclable through soft plastic recycling programs available at UK supermarkets.
Despite containing 500g of bath salts, the refill bags utilise 70 per cent less packaging, making them a more sustainable choice.
Diane Nettleton, founder of Gaia, said: “I’m delighted to expand our range of bath salts with our signature Awakening and Calming blends. Personally, I love ending my day with a relaxing bath, and all three blends perfectly complement our bath and body oils.”
All Gaia products are made with natural and organic ingredients and are cruelty-free, with no testing on animals.
New seasonal gifting optionsIn addition to the bath salt launch, Gaia has introduced its 2024 seasonal gifting collection inspired by ‘Meditative Journeys'. The range features an advent calendar, mini crackers, baubles, candle pairings and a selection of curated gift sets.
Reflecting the theme, many gift sets are adorned with intricate mandala designs and include a QR code that links to meditation and mindfulness tutorials, enhancing the gifting experience.
