Deal fuels speculation of Disney theme park in UK

Roy Disney, nephew of Walt and vice-chairman of the Walt Disney Company, is preparing his first UK property deal, reports Property Week.
Disney is thought to be close to agreeing terms on an investment in London through his private investment company Shamrock Holdings. Though separate from Walt Disney, the talks have fuelled speculation that a Disney-type theme is planned for the capital.
