The Skillrow is a fully connected indoor rowing machine, designed to improve anaerobic power, aerobic capacity and neuromuscular abilities, and can be used for both cardiovascular and strength training.

It features exclusive Aquafeel technology, which is designed to simulate the experience of rowing on water. Aquafeel mimics the natural curve of the stroke in the water and builds up a gradual resistance, which allows for more fluid movements and reduces strain on the lower back.
The Skillrow was designed to be used in conjunction with Technogym Neuromuscular Training (TNT), a unique training system developed by Technogym in partnership with professional athletes and research institutes. It offers specific exercise routines designed to stimulate both neuromuscular and metabolic performance resulting in improved muscle activation, increased inter muscular coordination and reduced metabolic effort.

The Skillrow also features Technogym’s Multidrive technology, a patent-pending innovation that makes it possible for users to change the equipment between cardiovascular and strength training by simply adjusting the resistance level, without having to dismount.
Technogym have also developed the accompanying Skillrow app, which is designed to help its users perfect their rowing technique, and provide an engaging and motivational digital experience.

The app includes a variety of different training programmes and tools designed to offer training guidance and support. Users can also track performance, receive real time bio-feedback and challenge other users.
