Les Mills launched its new On Demand App for Apple TV at ‘This Morning LIVE’, a brand new live event experience that brought the popular TV show to life - and Les Mills International were a part of it.

The home, garden and lifestyle show took place at the NEC Birmingham 18-21 May 2017, and fans of the show flocked to the venue to see their favourite presenters.

Les Mills International were situated in the Health Club, showing visitors how they can integrate fitness into their busy lives.

Work out demonstrations took place throughout the day, as Les Mills Trainer George Kousouros shared short moves and workouts that visitors could complete in everyday clothes, giving visitors a taste of the Les Mills experience.

Throughout the day on the stand Les Mills showcased the new Les Mills On Demand App for Apple TV which gives users a great workout experience in the comfort of their own home. Les Mills on Demand for Apple TV is available to buy from the Apple TV App Store.
