Physical Company is introducing the new RMT Club range on Stand D12, Hall 9 at FIBO. These weighted clubs use the principles of rotational movement training to improve power, range of movement, strength, co-ordination, balance and athletic movement.

As well as being rotated, they can be swung and slammed to offer hundreds of exercises for a full body workout. The RMT Club has a soft flexible head that can be hit against padded areas such as a wall, heavy bag, the ground and other suitable surfaces. The internal shifting weight provides dynamic resistance as well as ‘audible feedback’ on impact to show up any weaknesses and imbalances.

Also on show are new additions to Physical Company’s Competition range. The Pro Olympic Bars and PU Bumper Plates are designed to withstand the toughest lifting environments and conform to competition standards. The Competition Kettlebells are the same size, be it 8kg or 32kg, and are identified by their different colours. The large bases give greater stability while the same-sized bells and handles encourage efficient movement and transition between weights.
