With the growing success of the Hammer Strength Clinics in the USA over the last 5 years, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength are introducing them across the UK. The first UK Hammer Strength Clinic was held at Surrey Sports Park in November.

The clinics are full of information and opportunities to network with other coaches and athletes.

At the clinics, professionals will be speaking on the components of a complete Elite Performance program.

The clinic agenda is suitable for a range of professionals, including strength and fitness coaches, amateur and professional athletes, sports and university teams and anyone with an interest in developing their passion for strength and resistance training.

More than 60 delegates were in attendance at Surrey Sports Park, along with a range of strength and conditioning expert speakers.

Delegates also had the chance to experience Hammer Strength's heavy-duty rack, HD Elite.

Topics covered speed and agility training, nutrition and a practical session that looked at circuit strength training.
