Life Fitness has installed the UK’s first ‘SYNRGY BlueSky’ outdoor training system at Manor Park Fitness Centre.

Newham Council, whose leisure trust activeNewham runs the community gym, selected Life Fitness for the installation as it seeks to encourage local residents to take part in small group fitness activities with its large outdoor training environment.

SYNRGY BlueSky features 12 modular body weight training stations creating workouts for people of all abilities. The training system can be fully customised and scaled to meet individual fitness levels, and with its flexible configurations, the stations can be used separately in a circuit or combined to create a more consolidated and efficient training space.

Exercise options include a press, row, step-up platforms, dip/leg raise, ab crunch station, pull-up, short and long cargo nets, arc ladder, high rings, monkey bars and an arc traverse.

SYNRGY BlueSky has been fitted with QR codes on each station so users can access exercise tutorial videos through the Life Fitness LFconnect mobile app.
