What we can do for you
Founded in 2010, Core Health & Fitness is more than gym equipment. We are a vertically integrated company offering innovative solutions for all your facility needs. Whether working with us directly or through our partners and distributors world-wide, we provide the highest quality equipment backed by a service and support team that will always go the extra mile to get you what you need, when you need it. Partner with us and see how our Core Values motivate our every decision.

Our manufacturing facility in Xiamen, Fujian, China produces our high-end commercial fitness products. With a focus on financial consolidation, quality control and supply chain integration, we are continually improving operations with the future of the fitness industry at the focal point of our planning. In addition to manufacturing our own products, Core Health & Fitness is the OEM provider for many top tier brands in the fitness industry. This diverse portfolio has allowed us to expand on manufacturing capabilities while also mitigating risk.

We offer the commercial fitness and health and fitness industry club marketplace an unmatched portfolio of brands including Star Trac® fitness equipment solutions, StairMaster® HIIT products, Nautilus® commercial strength products, Schwinn® indoor cycling bikes and Throwdown® for functional fitness.

Key products and services
At Core Health & Fitness we have 5 brands under our product portfolio:

StairMaster
StairMaster® knows what it takes to make the toughest workouts, pioneering the stepmill and taking HIIT to the next level. We’re a trend forward brand that will continue to lead the way in fitness training with innovative products and our unique style of encouragement that dares you to challenge yourself and push through the pain.

Schwinn
With historic roots in outdoor cycling, Schwinn’s ®focus has always been on authenticity and quality. We brought the feel of the road to indoor cycling with the same expertise and education that drives the industry forward. Schwinn is an informational and educational source for all things Indoor Cycling.

Nautilus
Nautilus® invented the entire modern strength training category 50 years ago, and we have been reinventing it ever since. We never innovate for the sake of fads, bells or whistles but to provide a fitness experience that naturally fits human movements. We wouldn’t settle for anything less.

Star Trac
Star Trac® is with you and your members for every step. We go beyond providing cardio products by developing innovative user-oriented solutions that help mould lifelong health and fitness habits.

Throwdown
Throwdown® creates opportunities to push boundaries, enabling everyone to reach their peak performance by creating flexible and challenging exercise environments. Our diverse offerings make it easy for trainers and members to mix it up.
case study: Bodyworld
Bodyworld opened its first gym in Taunton in 2016. Its aim was to deliver a modern and well equipped training environment that brings together multi-disciplined training methods under the same roof. Its focus being on a positive, disciplined and community based training environment. A place where people come to train with like minded people and be treated with respect irrelevant of training discipline or goals – we are the home of the Dedicated and Determined.

“Expanding to a second gym in Plymouth was built on the success of Taunton, giving us a blank canvas to take the lessons we have learned so far and build the best training facility that we can. We believe that our approach to training, quality and range of equipment, engaging staff and excellent membership community is the key to our success so far and the foundation for our future plans.”

BodyWorld showcases all of the 5 Core Health & Fitness brands. This includes Star Trac FreeRunners, Stair Master 10G’s, Schwinn ACPower bikes a wide variety of Nautilus Strength products and not one but two Throwdown rigs.

They chose core for several reasons, the main one being that they were able to get the majority of the equipment they wanted from one place at a competitive price. The Star Trac and Stairmaster brands have been big favourites of their members in the Taunton gym so they were keen to make them a central part of the new gym in Plymouth.

Schwinn was a natural choice for indoor bikes and they have been really pleased with the AC Power bikes in their classes. Throwdown became available in the UK as they were looking to equip the functional areas. Throwdown rigs are a central focus of their functional areas providing multiple options for workouts during HIIT classes.

As a gym they have a strength and resistance focus so choosing the right plate loaded equipment was really important, they were really impressed by the focus that Nautilus places on the smooth and intuitive way each piece of equipment functions so consequently bought most of the range! They are proud to be a Nautilus Trusted Strength Centre and their members are really enjoying the kit.
Plans for the next 12 months
In the current climate it is challenging to make short term decisions but we believe our industry will emerge strong from this Covid crisis.

In 2021 we will continue to invest in our innovative product portfolio. We will be expanding our Throwdown offering and have launched 2 new Schwinn bikes – Z & X, designed with authenticity and inspiration in mind.

We are continuously adapting to support our customers to allow them to maximize new trends and opportunities. We are going into 2021 with newly structured market and channel strategies which will enable us to strengthen valued relationships and enter into new ones.
