Keiser kit for Man City's pre-season training programme
Fitness equipment company Keiser has supplied Premier League Football Club, Manchester City with equipment for its pre-season training programme.
25 members of the 1st team and elite development players flew out to Seefield in Austria for the 12-day pre-season training camp on 8th July. Simon Bitcon, head of strength and conditioning at the club said: "We have completed our first cycle in our pre-season plan which has a special focus on gaining multi-plane mobility, stability and strength within certain key movement competencies.
"These are the key fundamentals when aiming to progress players to the higher load and higher velocity work later on in the programme and Keiser's equipment has allowed us to provide a high performance programme to our high performance players." The equipment supplied included Air resistance equipment including single stations and a Triple Trainer, Racks, M3 Indoor Cycles and M5 Ellipticals.
More than 80% of the top professional sports teams in the world now train on Keiser machines, including every baseball team in the majors, the soccer champions of nine countries, several American football champions and countless Olympians. They’re joined by everyone from NASA to Navy Seals, medical experts and rehabilitation specialists, and major gyms like LA Fitness.
