Introducing the Challenge Disc

PhysioSupplies.com has announced the launch of the Challenge Disc, a professional interactive training tool suitable for a wide range of users.
A wobble board with sensors embedded in its base, the Challenge Disc can be connected to a PC to provide real-time feedback to those that use it.
The Disc has been specifically designed to help with medical conditions including dyspraxia and dyslexia in addition to being suitable for injury rehabilitation and strength training.
The workout starts with a self-check test to gauge current performance levels before being taken through five different levels of balance exercises by a digitised instructor.
