AmpliTrain reaches a happy medium

AmpliFitness looks to the future with its EMS suits
AmpliTrain has developed Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suits that use a modulated medium frequency.
This works inside muscle cells and deep within the muscle, according to Beate Rösch, AmpliTrain’s technical managing director.
Rösch says: “Our AmpliTrain equipment is the first on the market to use a modulated medium frequency, which directly targets not just the nerve but the cell, as well. That way we achieve a uniquely valuable deep-penetration effect.
“Whether it’s our suits, electrodes, devices or programmes, our technology and materials are state of the art in in every area.”
He adds the products are suitable for many training goals including weight loss, endurance, muscle building.
