Fortune favours Technogym

Fitness equipment supplier Technogym is one of the best places to work in Europe, according to the American magazine, Fortune.
The magazine voted the company one of the top 10 to work for in Europe, following interviews with some of the 700 employees at the Technogym headquarters in Gambettola, Italy.
Fortune. noted staff benefits such as the 3,200sq ft, 80-station gym and a management style which engenders close relationships with employees, among Technogym’s successes.
Speaking to the magazine, Technogym’s president Nerio Alessandri said: “My objective is to create a corporate culture that can be a model of an innovative company. We want a company where people come to work feeling it’s their hobby.”
