1Rebel launches Labs Studio concept for PTs

1Rebel has launched its first PT studio at its club in Holborn
The Labs Studio space has room for six personal trainers and their clients to train at any one time
Instructors will be able to offer members one-to-one, personalised training
The boutique operator says the bespoke training plans and sessions will cater for all fitness needs

Boutique operator 1Rebel has launched its first 1Rebel Labs Studio at its club in Holborn.

The new training studio concept will see 1Rebel instructors offer members one-to-one, personalised training in what the operator calls "a first in London’s boutique gym scene".

Bespoke training plans and sessions will cater for all fitness needs, from perfecting technique and form, recovering from injury, or achieving personal bests.

The Labs Studio space has room for six personal trainers and their clients to train at any one time.

Equipment at the studio includes an extensive range of both strength and cardio equipment, ranging from a 6m Climbing Rope, an Air Bike and 24KG Kettlebells, to Soft Plyometric Boxes, Squat Racks and a Ski Erg.

James Balfour, 1Rebel co-founder, said: “We're lucky to work with some of the best trainers and exercise professionals in the country and wanted a way to support them further in their careers, while continuing to offer our committed Rebel family the very best service we can.

"The new personal training Labs studio in Holborn is a new brand move for 1Rebel, allowing us to offer a more personalised fitness experience while also helping Londoners smash their goals and excel in their fitness journeys.

"We're proud to be in a position to make this new move and it’s fantastic to be able to increase our offering for both customers and instructors as we come into the post lockdown recovery phase."
