DUTY MANAGER
Inspire: Luton Sports Village
Full time – 37 hours per week
£24,755 per annum
We’re looking for a Duty Manager to work at the fantastic Inspire: Luton Sports Village. You’ll supervise and motivate the team working with the General Manager and have a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the building and day to day operations. You’ll ensure customer care and marketing are maintained to the highest standards. This is a busy, varied role and you’ll need to be able to talk to and influence people from many different backgrounds.
We pride ourselves on developing our teams and there are flexible entry levels depending on your qualifications and experience – but you will need your NPLQ and Pool Plant Operator to apply.
All successful applicants will be subject to DBS clearance.
Hours will be worked on a shift rota basis and include evenings and weekends
