Parkwood Leisure extends its contract with Legend for three years
Parkwood Leisure, one of the UK’s most experienced providers of leisure management working in partnership with local authorities across England and Wales, has extended its contract with Legend Club Management Systems for a further three-year period.

A Legend customer since 2008, Parkwood deploys Legend’s ‘One System, One Solution’ leisure management software suite across its estate of over 80 facilities. The solution represents Parkwood’s core business system and is powered by Legend’s single, central database. Parkwood utilises front of house systems, e-POS, financial administration, sales and member retention, sports courses, bookings, and stock control. Legend also provides customer-empowering online services and ticketing functionality as well as business enhancing modules such as facilities maintenance; invoicing and debt management.

Parkwood has expanded its investment in the Legend solution suite as part of its contract extension. Parkwood is forging ahead with adoption of a new customer management module which facilitates bespoke customer journeys, enabling automation and control of prospective customers’ personalised enquiry journeys, allowing optimal use of sales and marketing resources.
