Power Plate's new pro7 to be launched at LIW 2012
Power Plate International will be launching the pro7 machine with integrated video coaching at LIW 2012.
The new model, to be introduced to the UK in September, has touch-screen and proMOTION technology and has been designed to give users a personalised workout along with an upper-body cable resistance training system.
Individuals can use the pro7 by following the pre-programmed video workout guides, intended to ensure correct posture and technique and enable independent exercise progression.
The machine gives access to more than 1,000 exercise videos and 250 progressive full-body workouts and allows users to update their current exercise regime. It has a large base platform area for varied exercises and also features a new system called STAX, which is intended to provide stability, support and a better transfer of vibrations.
The pro7 machine, which has been designed for gym environments, spas, salons and hotels, can be fitted with proTRAC, a device that enables facilities to operate a ‘plug-and-play’ option using a token reader system.
