GL-14 helps runners warm up

Two fitness instructors from Manchester health club, GL-14, helped warm up runners for the recent BUPA Great Manchester Run.
Fitness instructor Roy Gayle – who has appeared on The Generation Game and Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway – led the warm up, assisted on stage by GL-14’s gym manager, Lee Pollit and instructor, Dave Heywood.
The warm up lasted 20minutes and included some 13,000 runners.
