Club Pilates plans to more than treble number of studios over next year
Club Pilates, the US-based boutique pilates franchise, has set a target of having 360 studios open by the end of 2017.
Founded in 2007 and franchising since 2012, the company is set to open its 100th studio later this year and is hoping to rapidly accelerate its expansion over the next 12 months.
Club Pilates offers a range of pilates reformer classes for all experience levels and private instruction by appointment.
Each studio is outfitted with 12 reformer machines, EXO Chairs, springboards, barres, triggerpoint and the TRX training system, as well as mats, balls and dumbbells.
Customers have the option of choosing between six different class formats and four experience levels, with classes beginning at 5am and offered throughout the day until 9pm.
"Our passion for the fitness industry and more than a decade of franchise experience has been central to our rapid growth," said Anthony Geisler, CEO of Club Pilates.
"One of the most rewarding aspects of Club Pilates is the opportunity to build the business from the ground up, and establish a national Pilates brand that franchisees can truly get behind to achieve their own success."
Club Pilates operates its own training programme for all studio instructors, called the Club Pilates Teacher Training Programme.
Programme graduates are trained in detailed applications of the pilates method of exercise and are chosen for teaching opportunities based on their knowledge and ability to adapt the pilates exercises to clients of all levels.
