case study: Breathe Yoga, Pilates & Wellness Studio - Scotland
Having only been in the Studio for 16 months I’m starting to outgrow it already. Eventually I’d like to have a dedicated Reformer Studio with 8-10 beds. Yes Fold beds. I already had a busy Yoga & Mat Pilates Studio but I had a small Studio that was underutilised and not making money.
The ‘buzz’ around Reformer Pilates was also growing. With no one else in my area offering Reformer Classes I was able to create additional income and meet the demands for Reformer Classes.
The impact has been huge. I now employ three Reformer Teachers. Revenue has increased and Reformer has brought a new clientele and demographic to the Studio. It’s also improved cross sales with existing customers adding Reformer to their mat classes with us.
